When to use the "Not a person" button

Sometimes the Source Matters platform will pick up source attributions for groups and not individual sources. Below is an example where one of the sources listed isn’t a person, which is when we would use the ‘Not a person’ button. The source attributed here is “officials,” but there’s no situation where you’d be able to put in any demographic information.
