Pro users of Metrics for News may integrate their Chartbeat data to be used in Engagement Scores or as featured metrics across your dashboards.
Metrics for News will only be able to pull in data for paid versions of Chartbeat that include access to "Advanced Queries Endpoints". If you are unsure whether your version of Chartbeat has access to this feature, you can contact support@chartbeat.com.
To integrate your Chartbeat account, add your Chartbeat API Key and Chartbeat host domain into the settings, listed in either Settings > Initial app setup if you are setting up your application for the first time, or Settings > Publications > Edit to add Chartbeat after initial setup has completed.
